Yash filed complaint against Parimatch on Feb 15, 2025
I made * Deposits on **-**-**** one was **** and second was ****. Both the deposits were failed and not credited to my parimatch wallet. On contacting customer support I was told that within * days the refund will be processed to my bank account. * days passed but no refund was given.
Again on contacting customer support they asked for bank statement on **-**-****. I provided it immediately via mail.
After that thep kept saying we have transfer your request to specialized team and waiting for their response. Today is ** -**-**** and I have yet not got my refund. They are saying the same thing again and again to patiently wait. This has really frustrated me and I am losing my hope.
I have every proof of my deposit.
