Girish Natarajan filed complaint against Make My Trip on May 12, 2018
Tried booking bus tickets and on payment mode selected PhonePe wallet. Now the money got deducted, but my tickets didn't get booked. On checking in the PhonePe App, I saw the amount got successfully transferred to MakeMyTrip. Contacted PhonePe for which they replied with the transaction details.

The first complaint was raised on **nd Apr itself - ******-****** for which I got reply that refund will be processed within * working days, which never happenned and they closed the ticket as resolved.
Now I have raised another complaint - ******-******, for which still I haven't been contacted yet.
** days have passed since the first complaint was raised on **nd Apr itself, the day when the transaction failed. For the first complaint itself I got a call from Customer Service after * days, although its mentioned in their terms and conditions that it would take * days. Now for the second complaint I have not got a call yet, although the complaint was raised on *rd May itself. The refund has still not got processed.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
