Booked air ticket for two passengers on ** Apr ** through Veertrip mobile app. Flight was on ** Apr ** from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar. Payment of Rs. **,*** was made from credit card vide order Id ******** on CCAVENUE platform.
Later email received that booking was confirmed, but ticket status was showing failed. No Airline PNR was generated, no ticket number provided. We had to fly with another ticket which was not booked through Veertrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
