Dear Sir
I have purchased one SPACE X HIGH EXECUTIVE CHAIR from pepperfry for Rs ****/- on **.**.****.
After *months the I have faced some issues with the chair which had been resolved by pepperfry by sending one carpenter.Now again in the month of April **** I again faced issue with the same chair as a result of which I have complaint pepperfry but till date it is not being resolved.My warrenty will expire in the month of July.I have been complaining since **.May **** , everytime they are saying that carpenter will visit but no carpenter has visited till date.I have many a times mailed pepperfry in "cs@pepperfry.com" but till date I have received any resolution.Since I have purchased the chair for Branch Manager State Bank of India we are facing problem due to the delay of * months by pepperfry.Since * months they have been telling the same thing that carpenter wil visit the place but * months have passed but no carpenter has visited.
I request you to Kindly arrange to resolve the issue at the earliest .
