Srishti Kharb filed complaint against VLCC on Jun 7, 2023
I went for consultation to VLCC, Good Earth, Gurgaon on **th May, ****.
I was so much insisted on buying a package worth ***** which had * different treatments.
I was given one facial peel the very same day but no proper information regarding the gaps between seating, products to use etc. was provided.
Even only half of the treatment was done by the doctor. I was told to buy their sunscreen but even after i told them my skin type and everything they forced me to buy it, which i have been using but is one of the worsts sunscreens i have ever used.
After that treatment i received no followup regarding the next visit and whether the treatment suited me or not.
I called them several times for the receipt of the treatment but till now i haven’t received it which makes me suspicious whether they are genuine or not.
I asked them to transfer my treatment to another centre which was closer to me but they failed to do so too.
I am extremely disappointed with their service and request a strict action against it.s
It was my first time to get any skin treatment and they have failed to live up to my expectations.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
