Myntra - Faced issues while exchange misbehavior by CSE

I had exchanged my skechers sports shoes on **th June & since it wasn't shipped until *st of July i raised a complaint regarding the same. Since *st July i had called * to * times regarding exchange shoes not getting shipped. Everytime i was told to wait for ** to ** hours for a resolution. Nothing came out of it & again i used to call, on **/**/**** out of nowhere all my complaints were automatically marked resolved without any communication with me & my exchange order was cancelled, this is done on the last day of my exchange/ return window. I highly doubt this was a coincidence. Furthermore, on **/**/**** when i called for this matter at about **:**-**:** AM i was transferred to escalation team & the executive their upon hearing everything said I'm putting you call on hold for trying to exchange it again & he actually didn't kept it on hold just stopped speaking, then after a few minutes i kept saying hello hello but he didn't replied meanwhile i can hear his breaths & also some background noise but even after waiting for more than ** minutes he didn't bothered to reply to all my hellos. I called again on **/**/** for the same issue & all their executive could do was reopen an old complaint & asked me to wait for * more days to confirm whether the shoes can be returned now or not?

This is clearly a case of cheating & fraud, I'm really tired of explaining my issue again & again everyday,
