I bought a queen size bed, bookshelf and a coffee table from pepperfry, They were all made of very low grade compressed cardboard. The bed was sold for a really high price and it fell apart in year’s time. They refused to send a repair person even when I was ready to pay for it. Buying from pepperfry s a complete waste of money. You will end up with a pile of garbage that you cant use, sell or recycle.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
