I have purchased one mobile from Flipkart and converted this amount in emi form but the same day I have cancelled. Flipkart returned this amount on * Jan **** in SBI card but SbI card charged me every month Rs ***+**% gst. First time I have called SbI customer care on approx **th of March than one of executive told me I have registered your request for emi cancellation as well as he told me your query has been resolved by **th of March. After that, I have got a message and in this message one reference, no is available reference no is ************. I call again on **th of March but no one gives proper resolution and one of executive told me I have registered your request again for emi cancellation. They told me your emi adjusted in your monthly paid amount but I didn't get any time after that he blocked me for the call on customer care number when I have been called on customer care number IVR told me your request is in the process and resolved by *st April ****.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
