I had a trip with uber pool, what was happened i booked a ride in pool and it showed rs **.* while booking and after drop to my location uber charged Rs ***.*. When i checked with details of invoice it showed toll charges of Rs ***. My question is in my route there were no toll charges involved then why i should pay for it. Other pool rider used interstate service and uber has to charged from him and not from myself.
Please refund toll charges of Rs ***

I had booked an uber for mother for which i had paid via gpay, yet the driver took rs *** in cash from her. And this is a second such incidence taking. Uber took no action for either of the incidences.
