I have ordered one LED TV from Flipkart by using Zest Money EMI but address wrongly selected in Flipkart hence I cancelled the order and again I placed another order with correct address by using Zest Money EMI and I also received first order cancellation email from Flipkart but in Zest Money portal they didn't cancel the first order even I dropped multiple email but they are asking to pay the amount for the cancellation order also and I already forwarded flipkart cancellation email as well and tried to reach out Zest Money helpline several times but they are not responding and their collection team calling me and rude behaving to pay the extra amount.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
