Muthoot finance - Extra charges without explanation

Sir I have taken a gold loan from muthoot finance Laxmisagar brach Bhubaneswar which I closed today.They give me a receipt with *** rupees each for two accounts.When I asked them about other charges they don't reply and when I asked them repeatedly they misbehave me.Please sir look out this.hundred of consumers daily affected for this other charges without explanation..
