Muthoot finance - Change in interest rate before renual month and forcefully topup by Noida Branch

We have * loans running on ROI *.** and the renewal month is November ****. And I am getting calls from sector ** noida branch to renew the loan right now and take topup otherwise the intersent rate will switch to *.**% or *.** which is not even fixed but will be decided by the company. This forcefully topup and middle year change in interest is not good. I accept you to take some action against this issue as soon as possible.

Please reach out to me for any other details you may required to take an action on this issue. Also I would like to be notified via email or call about the course of action on my accounts in detail.
