I had purchased a BharatPe speaker for ₹*** and have been paying ₹*** monthly rent. Now I wish to return the device as I have switched to another service.
However, in the app, it is showing ₹*** as a “convenience fee” for returning the speaker. This amount is very high and not reasonable, since I am already returning your device in good condition.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
