In May ****, I had ordered few products worth of ****₹ approx from the app symtten. The beauty products were separated firstly without my knowledge into three shipments for which I was charged **₹ each separately, without my prior consent. Secondly, I was charged ***₹ for a free product for which since last *½ months I've only been calling and mailing again and again for the refund. For the products which were worth of total ****₹ I was made to pay approx ****₹. It's beej more than * months and I've only been asking for refund and observations into the matter but no redressal only excuses. The products which I recieved were also used. I am a student, I had saved money to buy something for my birthday. I suffered not only financial loss but also this incident made me suffer mentally because the company representatives are daily coming up with excuses and it now feels as if they're not at all serious. They can be a large scale scam. Charging people bit extra on every order than the actual amount without getting caught. I want my refund of ***₹ and also return of these used products worth ****₹.
