I literally beg your support for me to get my money refunded. DMI finance PVT ltd is not refunding my extra amount, which i have paid on its portal for my loan account. Please find below explanation and bank statement for your reference.

On my emi date, *** got deducted on emi date (Oct *th (***.**)) due to insufficient balance. But Due to misunderstanding i paid remaining amount of my emi on Oct **th **** (****.**+**.**(gateway chrgs) = ****.**) through hello dmi chat (website).
And on May **th (****.**) full emi amount (for pending october ****) got deducted from my account.
Because of this i request refund of extra amount i paid on **th October.
Due to dmi finance system failure, it has tried to autodebit amount from my account and hence, many times *** got deducted as ecs/nach failure. I beg justice.
