I purchased a new phone from flipkart with exchange.
The amount of exchange was shown to be **** INR after filling in IMEI number of the phone. But when the product got delivered, I had to pay **** INR extra, i.e. ,I got only **** INR as discount including the pickup charge of *** INR.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
