Main concern is : I have travelled *** km. but actually charged for *** km.
Driver have gone somewhere during night without approval or information and the additional distance is charged to me.
Need to Investigate :
*. Driver location to be traced in between **th Oct * pm to **th Oct * am.
*. Any modification/tampering done in Speedometer for increasing kilometres/running.
*. GPS unit may be switched off for this period….
*. Total vehicle route showing on map from trip start to end.
Action to be taken :
*. Strict action against driver as dam sure that there is some fraud.
*. Extra amount paid by me to be returned back to my account.
No Action taken by OLA CAB Pune as on date though multiple communications done.
