Amazon .in - Expired warranty product delivered

buyed this product in december ****. Currently, November is going on,i am facing Bluetooth connectivity issue. So that i went to intex service center for repair this speaker because still it is in under waranty. But service center peoples are telling your serial number is wrong provided by intex company. You should have different serial number. When they checked the product waranty using serial number it shows waranty end in ** december, ****. it is out of waranty. But i have amazon invoice i told please repair based on invoice but they are not repairing. Somehow these amazon and intex peoples are making fool to customers. this product will not work more than * months. I also started facing bluetooth issue after * month. No one is repairing this speaker even if it is in under waranty also.

Note** :
Based on amazon invoice product is in under waranty.
Based on intex serial number product is out of waranty.

Please Note that repair my speaker as soon as possible , otherwise i will do consumer complaint against you.
