order No. DX-BHO-********-****** dated *th April **** to Big Basket which includes the above Haagen-Dazs Ice cream.
For your information the subject Icecream weighing *** ml for Rs. ***.** was delivered to me on ** April ****.
While eating it I found texture and flavour completely changed and not found fit to be usable/human consumption. Family members who tasted though a little quanity also complained of stomach ache and vomitting. Then I have checked the container and found the product Manufactured on ** .**.**** and expired (BBD **.**.****). Big Basket was informed along with related proof photos. but they failed to respond. Need refund and suitable compensation for the inconvenience and possible health issues .
