Ambuja Cements Limited - Expired Bags of Ambuja Kawach cement delivered to me

I am building my house. As per suggestion of Ambuja cement engineer, I purchased cement from near by dealer of Ambuja cement whose store name is Prem Cement store Tran Taran ****** PUNJAB. I was giving order of ** bags per week. Till last week I have bought total of ** Bags from this dealer. Two days ago on ** Jan ****, I asked for ** Bags of Ambuja Kawach but the dealer tried to convince me to deliver ** bags. I was not ready to take more bags in single time. As I know the best practice is to buy minimum number of bags as per usage by my workers. As he delivered to me ** bags, so I made the payment. But I was not happy with this order because large numbers of bags can not be used by my workers quickly. So I contacted the Ambuja cement engineer Rishab Agarwal that how lately I can use these bags.
He said I should use the cement within one month of Manufacturing date.
So I looked for the manufacturing date listed on bags and I found that ** bags out of ** were manufactured on ** Oct ****. So these bags have expired as today's date is ** Jan ****. Rest of * bags are good as those have manufacturing date listed as ** Jan ****.
I was shocked to understand that this dealer has given me expired bags of Ambuja cement. I am very unhappy about this. Ambuja cement should take a note of such dealers who are playing with thier own business and most importantly defaming the name of Ambuja Cements.
So this time I came to know that he gave me expired ** bags but he may have given me expired bags in the past also which I have never noticed earlier.
As I made full payment so why he gave me expired bags. I am building my house, with such expired bags of cement, how can I survive in my house.
This is not only question of my survival but survival of all those customers to whom this dealer would have given expired bags in past. If Ambuja cemnets will not take any action against him then he will continue to play with lives and money of people like me. Please act as soon as possible.
