Ambuja Cements Limited - Bad product service provide

I had purchased Ambuja Cement blocks size ( *”X*”X**”) **** pcs from M/s Ambuja Cement Ltd, dealer M/s Saroop Sood & Sons , Thural , Himachal Pradesh in oct ****. I had decided to do construction with regular Int or Bricks but after discussion with their dealer and his quality assurance for Cement block , we had changed our mind to do all the construction with Ambuja blocks with recommended chemicals. Company engineer ( Mr Abhishek) has also given us quality assurance and confirm that if any quality problem will happened then Company will be responsible and resolve immediately .

In our area mostly construction done with regular Int / Bricks but in good faith of dealer and your engineer ,we had taken decision to use Ambuja Cement Block for all the constructions with their guidelines. All the construction has done with regular guidelines Company engineer and his regular visit.

But after six month , there was appearing some small crack in some wall and we had requested to Mr Abhishek engineer , to visit the site to check the cracks and advise. He had visited our site and confirmed us company will resolve this crack problem but now appearing major cracks almost in all the walls somewhere very large but still no solution provide by Mr Abhishek.
After our construction Company engineer Mr. Abhishek has left the job and now company not providing any solution.
