I purchased a CPU from Expert Infotech Sikanderpur Ballia Seller Shashi. Her mob no. **********. On **/**/**** they gave me an old and bad product. Not working perfectly. The main complaint Ram and Processor are expired and not capable to perform as good. I know the system is running slow but I was in hesitation but after one year I thought on **/**/**** I need to clean the CPU because if there will be a moisture getting spark and the efficiency of CPU will slow. I cleaned the ram suddenly my eye goes on Ram they are old and the processor also. I complain to seller Shashi. They behave like nonsense and said to me the manufacturer is not making the product but it is definitely wrong all things are available as per required. Shashi said I will not change your product.
I have mentioned the picture of a bill of the product. I request you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
