I had ordered the Almond from Ezmall on **th Jun, the product got delivered on **th Jun via AWB *************, however upon opening the box I see a Ghun laga almond and called up the number available on the box and spoke to Mr. Mohd Khan who asked me to send the picture on Whatsapp number ********** which I did. To my surprise when I again called upon ****-******* and spoke to the representative Priyanka got to know that no complaint registered by Mr. Mohd Khan. Again got the assurance from Priyanka from Ezmall that complain has been registered however no complaint number provided.
Please help look into the matter as I am a **-year-old person and for my right have to struggle badly with the Ezmall team.
