Ezmall - Did not refund my money

Please register a FIR in the facts narrated below
I had seen an advertisement of EZMall on Television on Dish TV, Channel number-***. The advertisement was about * cookers, ** plates, and * bowels for the cost Rs.****. I had ordered the above mention things after seeing the advertisement on *th Feb, ****. The material was delivered to us on **th Feb, ****, the order ID was *****. The delivery boy who delivered the material was Gautam Naik, mobile number: **********.
When we opened the package the plates were in broken condition, cooker had so many scratches, and the cooker cover was not fitting. Soon after looking at the bad condition of the materials, we had complained to the company. After * days a delivery boy Kollli Jayant-mobile number: ********** from Xpress Bees- came and picked up the material on **th Feb, ****.
The company, EZMall, promised us to refund the amount, asked us to send bank detail and we had sent it, but, from last one and half month did not refund the amount. We have been calling the customer care for the repayment of the amount, but promising to pay, after one week, after two days, after three days, but still not refunding the amount.
The company not only cheated us, but cheating hundreds of customers openly by broadcasting openly on the TV channel.
