Paytm Mall - Exhange product issue

I ordered Samsung galaxy A** Mobile on the basis of exchange with my old Samsung Z* mobile. I entered correct IMEI number of my old mobile while ordered new mobile. New mobile dispatched on **th may **** and for old mobile exchange courier person came on *st June ****. He entered wrong IMEI number in paytm mall app. So, My exchange product rejected. Later I called to Paytm customer care center explained about problem. They told your old mobile screen shot with IMEI number. I uploaded in paytm mail service. finally they told we cannot help I am sorry. We wont do exchange of your old mobile, it is rejected
