Flipkart - Executive said refund request has accepted but after it showed me they rejected return request

I have requested twice about the return and I have continued in chat explaining my problem. One of flipkart executive told me to contact flipkart as soon as *nd visit of the technician. Just after *mins of technician visit I've requested a call and continued to chat with an executive until I receive the call. So the call arrived, Flipkart executive and me spoke over the phone around *'o clock, He told me that "YOUR RETURN ORDER HAS BEEN APPROVED AND YOUR RETURN PICKUP WILL BE BY *TH OF JUNE AND REFUND WILL BE WITHING **TH JUNE OR SOMETHING" I've been relieved knowing that my return was successful and thought flipkart solved my issue. But as of *pm I've got a message regarding my return request that it has been cancelled. How? You can hear his call recording with me he did say those exact words, I believed in him. I was happy for *hrs untill I recieved that message. I don't know who to blame. I just want my refund. Flipkart has promised my refund and I want it back.
