All Eyes Over Here - Exchanged package not delivered

I had ordered a dress worth **** which when i got delivered was not satisfied so i asked for an exchange for a dress of same price. Their condition was that i have to first pay a delivery charge of *** rs since there was no delivery charge for the first dress and then i also have to courier the previous dress to them and send a picture of the reciept and then the next dress would be shipped accordingly. I did everything exactly and i have no response from them since the day i sent them the picture of the receipt attached below. I have been trying to contact them and message them since then and yet no reply. Now they have my **** rs which i payed for first dress and also the same dress which i recently couriered it to them.
