Ajio product didn't have tag , I placed an order for exchange. Courier guy denied to take it back because one tag was missing from the company's end . Post following up and calling ******* times , customer care didn't help , kept hanging me , deliver guy returned the new product to the warehouse without any reason , Ajio staff harassed me , were rude and forced me not to raise any complaint. Now after following up for more than a month they are lying to me saying nothing can be done and not even refunding my money . This is mental torture , mental harrasment , I want to take serious step against them . This is so disgusting , pathetic , fooling the customers , running away with their money and not replying but harrasing on the phone ! Ajio , you guys are liars and cheaters. Give me my money back !
