I placed the order through app and it directed me to the payment section, even after completing the payment, it still shows that no order was placed and now I can neither track nor click for refund. The call centres are also of no use.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
