Recently I ordered sneakers from red tape and I got over sized ,so I kept a exchange request in their orginal red tape site on the same day they delivered the ordered.But they are not responding to my exchange request and I have no intimation or any mail about receiving exchange and I called to their customer care number they are not responding so, please help me to get exchange or refund my money back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
