My parents bought a Jacket from RedTape showroom in Firozpur City Punjab on **/**/**** with Bill No. (R***-*****) , that jacket is oversized for me so i want to exchange it , but when i visited the showroom i came to know that the exchange offer was closed on **/**/**** , but its written on my bill that i can exchange anything withing * days , showroom wont exchange it , i called on your customre care number for like ** times but they dont even pickup the call. Please help me get my jacket exchanged as soon as possible.
