Puma Ajio - Exchange not initiating

I was saving since a long time for my dream shoes and luckily somehow it's prices dropped so I Immediately bought them from Ajio app. But they delivered me size * even after ordering size *.
Clearly I am not able to wear them. So I initiated a request for an exchange. As soon as I am clicking the option of exchange pr return, the app is rejecting my request by saying this item can't be returned.
It's their fault that they sent me wrong size.
I wasted my **** rupees and it is very hard for a Student to save.
