Puma Ajio - BAD QUALITY

I bought shoes from the AJIO app of the PUMA brand with Ajio Inv. No. FKAR************ dated **.**.****, but after the first time I was wearing them, they were torn from the upper side from the laces portion. I immediately complained to Ajio customer care, and they suggested I contact PUMA customer service directly. This was after I had made numerous phone calls and sent numerous emails to PUMA customer service. Even on my most recent call to PUMA customer service on **.**.****, they guaranteed to fix the issue within ** hours, but nothing has been heard from them since (case number ******** was given by PUMA on **.**.****).
Also, made many phone calls to AJIO but every time they suggested contacting PUMA.
