Pavan Kumar MVNSR filed complaint against Jio mart Reliance Industries Ltd on Dec 29, 2020
Created/requested for exchange of the dress as the one sent is very small and doesn't fit.
But when we checked the status in the Order History, we see the exchange request was cancelled. Asked to arrange for a pickup of the dress and exchange ASAP.
Also, If exchange was not possible, checked if they can cancel the order and arrange for refund.
But there is no resolution till now.
This was happening from November **, **** and it is already ** days.
Every time they send a message that Issue is resolved with no proper resolution[with No Exchange/refund] and they close the request/mail thread.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
