I received wrong product from myntra
Then i lodge complaint of exchange
They exchanged the product but after receiving product the courier service taken back the right product and said we dnt hve approval of picking wrong product
From that date i m calling myntra people but left with no solution
Around ** times i have contacted them only answer they saying is to wait
My daughter has to attend function for which product was ordered
Now i lodging complaint in consumers court to face legally to me
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
