Myntra - Exchange not done by delivery boy and reporting false details

i ordered a dress(Anouk Women Red & Black Colourblocked Layered Straight Kurta) from myntra worth ₹***.**. They delivered the dress but one part of it was missing. I then asked for an exchange. My exchange got sanctioned by Myntra. When the delivery boy came to exchange the dress, he asked the reason for exchange and i told him that one part was missing(A round neck sleeveless red layer cloth)
so straightaway refused to exchange the dress. He didn't tell any reason for the refusal too. Now, my money has got stuck and I want Justice for this type of negligence and the discomfort that has been caused to me by Myntra.
