Pallavi CK filed complaint against Zudio on Apr 5, 2022
I purchased shoe from zudio but I had some size issues so I went back within ** hours but they refused to exchange saying there is no exchange for footwears but in the bill they didn't mention anything about no exchange for footwears .

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
