I purchase Honey Touch foldable Double cot from Flipkart on *.*.****,
The cot delivered on **.**.****. after open the cot is very shaky and improperly aligning and over noisy from the cot. one leg of the cot is not fit in the floor. so request to refund my money they refused on **th may. again im request again they refused on **. after that i, continuedly call to call centre and and request my refund or replacement of my cot. after **th i can not register any request in my site due to unavailable of refund/replace option. so im calling the call centre, they set your request in open wait for ** may **.** am we resolve the problem and sent email to me. (Update from Flipkart Customer Service for [Incident: IN********************] but not reply from flipkart on **th may so. i make a call and what is the status of my complaint. They set pl wait two more days. so yesterday **.*.** call to call centre they simply set your refund exchange time is over so we cant help it . what a irresponsible reply from flipkart side. i want to refund or replacement of my cot
