I had booked an air ticket from Bangalore to Dubai for April **, **** on MakemyTrip by Emirates EK ***. I was given the ticket for a price of Rs **,*** (with a discount - the final price I paid was Rs **,***). I found that the same ticket on the same airline for the same journey was priced at Rs **,***/- only. I brought this to the attention of Makemytrip, which has a scheme of PRICE GUARANTEE, wherein if the ticket price on any other web site is found to be lesser, they will make a refund and * times the penalty. I had registered this complaint on April **th, ****. While they claim, to resolve all complaints within ** hours, this has taken them more than ** days and yet it is not resolved. All concerned screen shots of their website, of the competitors website and the ticket were shared with them. I wish to bring this to the attention of Deep Kalra, on how inefficient this particular department has been. They have many times told me its in process and will be resolved soon, but I am unsure what their intentions are to solve it as the proof of them overcharging is so very evident.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
