Tneb Limited - Excessive Monthly EB Bill

My consumer Id is ***********. Usually my EB BIll will be below *** every time. But Last Dec my Eb Meter was defective. So they Imposed **** for Defective Meter. But this Month they imposed **** on me. As an unemployed and working in a private sector for a meagre salary how can i pay this much amount?. Tomorrow is my due date. This is injustice. I Kindly request you to take necessary action and reduce my bill as soon as possible.
