Tneb Limited - EB not fixing wrong billing inspite of repeated follow ups

I am a resident in madipakkam. For the month of Oct **** I've received a bill amount of rupees **** and upon checking further I see the reading details were completely wrong.
The present reading is mentioned as ***** whereas the actual reading from the meter is ******.
I raised this to respective AE and CE email ids chs***ae@tnebnet.org,
ddtangedco@tnebnet.org but they completely ignored it. I raised it in their online portal
Complaint ID: ************** but it was abruptly resolved without any action.

I then personally met the AE of madipakkam, got a letter from him and then submitted to the billing team. Dinesh from Billing team received the letter. Again the issue was not resolved. I continue to get a false promise stating the fuse wont be removed. I followed up with him twice.

After a month on Dec *, EB department tried to remove fuse inspite of the existing complaints not being resolved by them.

Today * December I went to check again with them EB department, Kuzhaindai Raj from billing department saw the reading again and he continue to saw fuse will be removed anytime and I had to monitor **x* to avoid fuse being removed
