i charged my jio number********** through my jio app in the month of dec****. i made payment of rs ****-** instead of rs **=** monthly due charges by credit card mode due to over sight being senior citizen i made excess payment. i approached their care@jio.com for refund but company refused to refund by excusing that company has no provision.i request u sir case must be dealt seriously as all companies has the provision by not reliance jio.
