Hi,
I have made excess payment for my postpaid jio number by mistake. The amount paid is ****. The bill amount is very less per month, around Rs **. This amount cannot be utilized for any other recharge, etc also. Hence, it is a total wastage of money. The bill will not be **** even for years as I already have a monthly recharge plan which is available in the J&K circle for postpaid numbers. I would like to receive a refund for this amount as that money will not be utilized by me for bill payment.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
