Dhani freedom card - Excess amount debited

I have paid all the emi in advance but the app is not updated according to the payments and they are still showing pending and deducted again.i have subscription fees and that also still showing pending.i got a call from them that they will adjust the emi amount in next month but the money got deducted again. i have mailed numerous times and my issue is not resolved since * months.
