Home Credit India - Excess ammount charge during forclose loan

I got a phone call from HomeCredit's office
home credit agent said you are offered a personal loan
We are giving you a loan at an interest rate of **.**%
You have to pay it in ** installment
If you would like to pay early
Then you have to pay interest till that month
The month you pay your full balance
I took loan of * lakhs from them
I have given to homecredit ** installments of **** rupees
they had told me that you will get a loan at the rate of **.**
Now when I pay all the outstanding balance
Want to loan foreclose
Now They are telling me that we get more interest on the monthly installment in the first * years.
That thing They should have told them when the loan was offered.
At interest rate of **.**%, ** months interest of loan is around ***** rupees
I have given ** installments of ****
total ammount that i pay is ****** arround.
If you reduce it to ***** then ***** is left

This means that till now I have paid ***** principal amount and ***** interest.
If you debit ***** out of * lakhs
So now only ****** balance is left

But the company is now asking me if uh want to forclose loan
then about ****** outstanding dues
And saying that in the first * years
we charged high Interest rates.

why did they did not tell me this
when they call me on my phone.
Then They Give me A loan Offer ???

This is a totaly fraud with innocent customers
