Divyam Tiwari filed complaint against Tikona Broadband on May 7, 2019
I am a Tikona broadband network user. My user id- **********. I have registered for account termination on ** February ****. My request id- *-**********.
Every day when I try to connect the internet is not connecting and whenever I call in customer care it is taking complaint by default on IVR. The call is not connecting to customer care executive. Whenever I try to login I have to call in customer care this is happening every time when I try to use the internet. * to * times my call is connected to customer care executive fortunately and told them the issue that I m facing every time and then also taken my complaint. Since my plan ends on ** of each month so I decided to take off the connection on ** and wrote an email to Tikona which I have attached below. But then too the same process continued, instead of my request of termination of my account they kept false promising to resolve my problem which they never did. After which I was asked to generate logs so that they can monitor the speed and connection issues for which I was asked to use the Internet (although I have asked them for disconnection of my account) as I was doing earlier. But then too the same problems continued and to my surprise, I was sent a bill of Rs ****.**. This is totally illegitimate and I request you to take my problem into consideration.
