Dear sir/madam,
I closed every loan in zest money.
But, it's not yet closed from zest money side.
When I was getting the overdue amount in tata capital I enquired with them they are telling that still zest money not send closing request from their side and many loan still active... Really am depressed...
When ever we tried to call zest money through call also it's always coming busy anytime...
They are doing scam and fooling customer...
And tata capital finance (**, ***) rs loan it's showing over due still.
Regarding this I already raised complaint and it's not yet solved yet...
Really day by day i regret to get the loan from zest money.
Zest money people's are deceiving the people's only....
Kindly do the needful to close all the loan and need to get the proper cibil update from zest money..
