Sureli Khanna filed complaint against Lido Learning on May 7, 2022
I enrolled my child in LEDO learning coding classes- weekend classes in the month of December ****. Just after single class no class took place and when I asked them to refund my fees the customer care team assured me that they will cancel the the registration from the backend, even after assurance no action was taken till date. I tried to reach out my child academic counselor Naman -********** and Divyam- ********** but they stopped picking up my call every month they are deducting EMI of ****/- the total course fee is of *****/- INR through third party pay vendor Early salary application. I even requested Early salary to stop the deductions but as per them only if LEDO learning will ask them they will stop deducting the EMI. I want my total refund of the EMI's that I have paid so far.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
