I am Priyalakshmi from Chennai, Tamilnadu
We purchased the Pure EV EPLUTO*G model on **th November **** from Sri Enterprises. We had lots of battery issues from the third month onwards. The battery has been serviced several times, but no use. It keeps stopping during the running time. Even this scooter was particularly purchased for dropping off & picking up the kids from school. Just imagine from your side, a female pulling the scooter several times due to a battery issue. Will you accept, if the same will happen to one of the family members? Even though I got a rotational battery, it gives only * to * kilometres per charge.
I request you to kindly give your valuable feedback & opinion for the same.
