PUREEV ELECTRIC SCOOTER - Battery is overheating

Hi, I am a ev user. I have a ev scooter which i bought * year before. Now there is problem in battery. It's range is almost half and heating regularly. There is no service station near me so I can't go and checkout my battery. I forward a complaint to PureEv but they told me now I have to buy new battery which is costing me ***** rs with discount. I told them My battery is under warranty. Now they are not responding me. There agent told me thatLithium battery is dangerous when overheating. It could be explode so remove it out side the scooter. Now it is over ** hours battery is idel but still heated. PureEv don't understand my panic situation. There is no service centre near me and battery is inside my house. If it explode then who will be the responsible. Please solve my problem.
